Courtney  Home Healthcare Services is a home healthcare agency based in Plympton Wyoming, serving Sarnia Lambton and Strathroy Caradoc.  We are a registered business in Ontario with professional liability insurance and are covered by WSIB.  Established in 2023, our health care team consists of certified PSWs and Nurses with with specialized training in palliative care and Oncology.

Home healthcare services are provided by by certified PSWs - our team is proud to be consistently reliable and professional.  Private duty nursing service is available 24/7.  We can help navigate the system with you, assist you in finding the information you need to access funded services and can provide private pay options.  An experienced palliative care nurse is available for home visits and family support. 

Respite services in the areas of Sarnia Lambton and Strathroy Caradoc are available 24/7.  If you are outside the service area, reach out - we can help coordinate services for you in your area.
